Job Summary
Supporting the administration of member life, health, and employee benefits programs, the full-time Member Benefits Services Analyst will track and analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with proposals and renewals while working onsite in Omaha, NE.
Key responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and prepare internal and carrier reports, including monthly and annual meeting comparison materials
- Support new and renewal business by analyzing current plans, RFPs, proposals, and securing pricing
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of business or financial experience
- Working knowledge of group benefits across multiple product lines
- CEBS or REBC designation and/or Accident and Health license preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
