Benefits Setup Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing client requests, the full-time Representative II Benefits Setup will perform benefits plan configuration and quality assurance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement changes in MYPBM/Rx CLAIM and manage casework through Salesforce
• Collaborate with plan builders, testers, QA teams, and Account Management to ensure high-quality client support
• Maintain accuracy and responsiveness in benefits plan configurations that impact clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically One Note and Excel
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
