A company is looking for a Solutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an industry expert in the Employee Benefits space, specializing in insurance market dynamics and agency processes
• Engage in consultative discussions with clients to provide strategic solutions and build trust
• Develop and deliver presentations to showcase the value of solutions to customers

Required Qualifications and Education

• College degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred in benefits insurance-related fields
• 5+ years of experience in an agency/brokerage environment with client service/consulting experience
• 2+ years of experience with Applied Epic; ancillary product experience is a plus
• Robust Benefits insurance knowledge with expertise in multiple areas such as Insurance Operations and Benefits Servicing
• Management or leadership experience is ideal but not required
