Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide administrative support in managing group benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute benefit-related communications and assist employees with benefit inquiries
- Manage employee medical and personal leaves, and oversee the annual open enrollment process
- Analyze HRIS data, ensure compliance with benefit policies, and administer the wellness program
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or finance preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in human resources or a related field
- At least two years of progressive HR responsibilities
- Experience in Benefits Administration, including knowledge of relevant regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel
