Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide administrative support in managing group benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute benefit-related communications and assist employees with benefit inquiries
  • Manage employee medical and personal leaves, and oversee the annual open enrollment process
  • Analyze HRIS data, ensure compliance with benefit policies, and administer the wellness program
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or finance preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • At least two years of progressive HR responsibilities
  • Experience in Benefits Administration, including knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel
