Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries about employee benefit programs, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans
- Assist in the administration of benefits policies and liaise with insurance carriers and third-party administrators
- Ensure accuracy of employee benefit enrollment and maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of related benefits experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Understanding of benefit contract language and ability to maintain confidentiality
