Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries about employee benefit programs, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Assist in the administration of benefits policies and liaise with insurance carriers and third-party administrators
  • Ensure accuracy of employee benefit enrollment and maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related benefits experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Understanding of benefit contract language and ability to maintain confidentiality
