Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist located in Colombia to support insured benefits strategy and collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Benops and People Operation teams regarding the design of insured benefits worldwide
• Document and track benefits programs and processes, recommending improvements as the business scales
• Manage projects with global and local brokers to enhance the employee experience and improve benefits offerings

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of international benefits administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Project management skills
