Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to design and manage corporate benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and implements corporate benefits programs and policies
• Manages compliance activities and conducts new hire benefit orientations
• Oversees annual open enrollment and wellness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years of related benefits administration experience, preferably in a medium to large multi-state company
• Experience with Ceredian Dayforce is preferred
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and regulations
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
