Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure employee benefits are set up in alignment with local best practices and organizational goals
- Manage relationships and commercial discussions with key insurance providers for health insurance plans
- Research and distribute global pay data and benefits packages while liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing insurance products and global pay data
- Experience in a HR SaaS company is preferred
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
- Proven experience in explaining complex topics in a clear and concise manner
