Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure employee benefits are set up in alignment with local best practices and organizational goals
  • Manage relationships and commercial discussions with key insurance providers for health insurance plans
  • Research and distribute global pay data and benefits packages while liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing insurance products and global pay data
  • Experience in a HR SaaS company is preferred
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
  • Proven experience in explaining complex topics in a clear and concise manner
