Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support leave of absence, time-off, and accommodation programs for employees in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and expert on leave of absence, time-off, and accommodations for the North America region
  • Collaborate with employees and leave vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage data input, reporting, and workflow processes related to leave of absences and coordinate return-to-work transitions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing US leaves and time-off programs or a similar role
  • Ability to interpret FMLA, ADA, and other relevant federal and state laws
  • Experience in leaves/benefits program management, including administration and compliance
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant hands-on experience in lieu of degree
