Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to assist members in navigating their healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Help members understand their benefits by answering questions and explaining plans
• Guide members through open enrollment and life event decisions, comparing plan options
• Research and resolve benefit issues while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
• Familiarity with health plans, COBRA, Medicare, HSAs/FSAs is preferred
• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• A passion for helping others in a collaborative remote environment
