Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to operationalize employee benefits and leave programs across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer global leave of absence programs and ensure compliance and positive employee experience
  • Perform benefits and payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and support onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-scaling startup
  • Experience with leave management programs and policy creation in a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Willingness to use AI tools to enhance work efficiency
