Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support and administer employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health and welfare benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations
  • Process 401(k) enrollments and maintain participant records
  • Assist with leave of absence processing and respond to employee benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration preferred
  • Working knowledge of relevant laws (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
  • Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
