Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support and administer employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage health and welfare benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations
- Process 401(k) enrollments and maintain participant records
- Assist with leave of absence processing and respond to employee benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration preferred
- Working knowledge of relevant laws (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
