Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide operational support for team member benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates across HRIS systems
  • Ensure operational accuracy and data integrity by conducting audits and correcting discrepancies
  • Apply compliance regulations to daily processes and assist in distributing required documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and pivot tables
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar benefits administration systems
  • Working knowledge of benefits regulations such as ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
