Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide operational support for team member benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates across HRIS systems
- Ensure operational accuracy and data integrity by conducting audits and correcting discrepancies
- Apply compliance regulations to daily processes and assist in distributing required documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and pivot tables
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar benefits administration systems
- Working knowledge of benefits regulations such as ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
