Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Benefits Specialist who will oversee leave and benefits programs while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Support administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs, including COBRA compliance
• Collaborate with vendors, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure accurate execution of leave and benefits processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting leave of absence programs
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations
• Experience working with health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
