Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide expertise on benefits-related matters for employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational situations and interpret policies to provide advice on benefits eligibility and compliance
  • Manage health insurance benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA processes

Required Qualifications
