Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist with Health and Welfare and Retirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support all Health & Welfare benefit programs
  • Oversee Retirement plan operations, including enrollments and vendor file reconciliation
  • Manage day-to-day benefits transactions and perform detailed audits for data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Benefits Administration
  • Strong operational background managing high-volume transactions
  • Proficiency in benefits analytics, auditing, and data reconciliation
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
  • Strong understanding of benefits laws and regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA)
