Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist with Health and Welfare and Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support all Health & Welfare benefit programs
- Oversee Retirement plan operations, including enrollments and vendor file reconciliation
- Manage day-to-day benefits transactions and perform detailed audits for data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong operational background managing high-volume transactions
- Proficiency in benefits analytics, auditing, and data reconciliation
- Experience with HRIS/benefits systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Strong understanding of benefits laws and regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA)
