Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in understanding their benefits and answer related inquiries
  • Guide members through open enrollment and life event decisions regarding their benefits
  • Resolve benefit issues by researching concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
  • Familiarity with health plans, COBRA, Medicare, and HSAs/FSAs is preferred
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills
