Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to assist members in navigating their healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in understanding their benefits and answer related inquiries
- Guide members through open enrollment and life event decisions regarding their benefits
- Resolve benefit issues by researching concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
- Familiarity with health plans, COBRA, Medicare, and HSAs/FSAs is preferred
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- A passion for helping others in a collaborative remote environment
