Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Contractor) to support the administration of employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer daily benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in enrollments and changes
  • Maintain and update employee benefits records in HR and benefits systems
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing clear responses and support
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on benefits administration experience
  • Experience supporting health, welfare, leave, and retirement programs
  • Solid working knowledge of benefits administration processes
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
