Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Contractor) to support the administration of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer daily benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in enrollments and changes
- Maintain and update employee benefits records in HR and benefits systems
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing clear responses and support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on benefits administration experience
- Experience supporting health, welfare, leave, and retirement programs
- Solid working knowledge of benefits administration processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
