Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist in Workforce Benefits Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with new and existing customers for a book of business consisting of 100-499 lives
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly while managing day-to-day service work
  • Collaborate with internal partners and sales executives to identify business growth opportunities and manage the renewal process


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma required
  • Sales aptitude with the ability to communicate contract provisions to customers
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Mathematics aptitude and ability to make independent decisions
