Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist in Workforce Benefits Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with new and existing customers for a book of business consisting of 100-499 lives
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly while managing day-to-day service work
- Collaborate with internal partners and sales executives to identify business growth opportunities and manage the renewal process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma required
- Sales aptitude with the ability to communicate contract provisions to customers
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Mathematics aptitude and ability to make independent decisions
