Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on plan options
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role
- Working knowledge of State and Federal laws impacting benefit-related regulatory requirements
- HR Generalist or Compensation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
