Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on plan options
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal laws impacting benefit-related regulatory requirements
  • HR Generalist or Compensation experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
