Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer a comprehensive benefits portfolio for the Americas region
Serve as the primary owner for the global business travel insurance process
Ensure compliance with government requirements and monitor benefit utilization

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits capacity, preferably in the Americas region
Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred
Excellent analytical skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency
Experience with statutory requirements for employee benefit plans in multiple countries
Experience managing global or regional employee benefits programs
