Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist in Workforce Benefits Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with customers in the 100-499 lives block of business, providing primary service contact
  • Oversee day-to-day service work, including billing resolutions and client education on products and services
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify business growth opportunities and manage the renewal process for the designated book of business
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • Experience in account management or customer service in the insurance industry
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Mathematics aptitude and ability to make independent decisions
