Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist in Workforce Benefits Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers in the 100-499 lives block of business, providing primary service contact
- Oversee day-to-day service work, including billing resolutions and client education on products and services
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify business growth opportunities and manage the renewal process for the designated book of business
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Experience in account management or customer service in the insurance industry
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Mathematics aptitude and ability to make independent decisions
