Benefits Specialist, a fully remote position, assists members in understanding their healthcare benefits, guiding them through open enrollment and life events, while providing expert navigation across various coverage types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to benefit questions with clarity and compassion
  • Support members during open enrollment and life events, comparing plan options
  • Research and resolve benefit issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Medicare knowledge
  • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment
