Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist will manage client onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration while serving as a subject matter expert in the benefits department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new benefit plan designs for clients
- Maintain data integrity and system functionality for benefits information, ensuring accuracy in enrollments
- Resolve client inquiries and provide support to account managers, payroll, and sales teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of experience in Benefits Services
- Experience with Prism HR or any HRIS incorporating benefits administration strongly preferred
- Ability to work in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones
- Strong understanding of compliance and benefits administration processes
