Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end administration of U.S. employee benefits, the full-time Benefits Specialist will manage enrollment processes, coordinate open enrollment activities, and administer the 401(k) retirement program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full U.S. benefits lifecycle, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs
- Lead annual U.S. open enrollment and coordinate global enrollment activities, ensuring accurate communication and compliance
- Administer the U.S. 401(k) retirement program, including enrollments, audits, and compliance with related regulations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on U.S. benefits administration
- Demonstrated experience managing U.S. 401(k) retirement plans and involvement in annual audits
- Strong understanding of U.S. compliance requirements, including ERISA, ACA, and COBRA
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
- Ability to work effectively in a global, remote-friendly environment
