Job Summary

Supporting the Workforce Benefits account management team, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist will manage relationships with clients in the 100-499 lives block, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through excellent service and collaboration with internal partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary service contact for a designated book of business, addressing customer inquiries and managing day-to-day service work
  • Collaborate with Implementation Managers to implement new business and manage the renewal process for existing clients
  • Drive proactive service touchpoints and identify business growth opportunities in partnership with Regional Sales Executives
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma required; relevant experience in account management or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate contract provisions clearly and effectively to customers
  • Mathematics aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate customer needs
