Job Summary
To support the Navigation Team in launching and renewing customer accounts, the full-time Benefits Specialist will source and analyze benefit information, conduct quality audits, and maintain content management systems, with the option to work remotely or from the Denver office.
Key responsibilities
- Source, analyze, and maintain up-to-date benefit information for Health Guides to assist members
- Conduct quality audits to ensure accuracy and accountability in benefit offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize navigating the benefit ecosystem and support the navigation team during peak periods
Required qualifications
- In-depth understanding of healthcare benefits, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems
- Strong analytical skills for researching and synthesizing benefit information
- Ability to communicate complex healthcare jargon in plain language
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
