Job Summary
Managing the administration of company-sponsored benefit programs, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist will handle employee enrollment, respond to inquiries, maintain compliance, and resolve billing issues related to insurance and retirement plans.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative functions for employee insurance plans and retirement programs
- Conduct new hire benefit orientations and ensure timely enrollment in benefits
- Audit and reconcile insurance invoices and assist with annual Open Enrollment materials
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Two or more years of related experience in benefits administration preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Deltek Cost Point and Workday preferred
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Certification preferred
- Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks
