Job Summary

Managing the administration of company-sponsored benefit programs, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist will handle employee enrollment, respond to inquiries, maintain compliance, and resolve billing issues related to insurance and retirement plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative functions for employee insurance plans and retirement programs
  • Conduct new hire benefit orientations and ensure timely enrollment in benefits
  • Audit and reconcile insurance invoices and assist with annual Open Enrollment materials
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Two or more years of related experience in benefits administration preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Deltek Cost Point and Workday preferred
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Certification preferred
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks
