Job Summary
Independently managing a book of benefits clients, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist II will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, overseeing benefits administration, compliance inquiries, and process improvements while ensuring a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own an assigned book of benefits clients, serving as the primary contact for administration and compliance-related inquiries
- Resolve complex client issues efficiently and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Drive service efficiency initiatives and contribute to departmental goals through process improvements and mentoring junior team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in benefits services or benefits administration
- Strong HRIS experience with benefits administration platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to make independent, sound decisions in a client-facing environment
