Benefits Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist will manage client onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration while serving as a subject matter expert within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new benefit plan designs for clients
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate benefits enrollments and related data in the system of record
• Resolve client inquiries and provide support to account managers, payroll, and sales teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of experience in Benefits Services
• Experience with Prism HR or any HRIS that incorporates benefits administration is strongly preferred
