Benefits Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Navigation Team in launching and supporting new and renewing customers, the full-time Benefits Specialist will source and analyze benefit information, conduct quality audits, and maintain content management systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams, either remotely or in Denver, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Source, analyze, and maintain up-to-date benefit information for Health Guides to support members
• Conduct quality audits to ensure accuracy and accountability of benefit offerings
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess priorities within the benefit ecosystem

Required qualifications

• In-depth understanding of healthcare benefits, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision
• Proficient in content management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills to research and synthesize benefit information
• Ability to communicate complex healthcare jargon in plain language
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
