Required Qualifications:

- Secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experience with regulations pertaining to the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, and other related government regulations
- Data-driven approach to decision making and attention to details
- Customer-focused mindset and strong task-management skills
