Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a fun, inclusive, high performance culture
  • Manage the benefit enrollment process and educate employees on the benefits package
  • Lead trainings, conduct enrollment audits, and research market changes in employee benefits packages
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Employee Benefits
  • Secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience with regulations pertaining to the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, and other related government regulations
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and attention to details
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong task-management skills
