Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist for their USA and Canada locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of group benefits programs for the US and Canada
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the design of quality benefits plans
  • Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and province regulations affecting employee benefits programs
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and experience with HRIS and benefits databases
  • Professional designations such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP/PHR or SPHR and CEBS preferred
