Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual benefit review sessions and educate employees on benefit offerings
  • Ensure correct monthly invoicing and payment reconciliations
  • Resolve benefits-related issues and provide guidance on benefit options

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in employee benefit plans
  • Experience using HRIS in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of federal and state employee benefit entitlements and regulations
  • Intermediate knowledge of insurance products, including core and voluntary benefits
  • Basic project management skills
