Job Summary

Independently managing a book of benefits clients, the full-time Benefits Specialist II will serve as a trusted subject matter expert in benefits administration, ensuring compliance and optimizing operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own an assigned book of benefits clients, serving as the primary contact for administration and compliance inquiries
  • Resolve complex client issues and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Drive service efficiency initiatives and contribute to departmental goals through process improvements and mentorship of junior team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits services or administration
  • Strong HRIS experience with benefits administration platforms
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to make independent, sound decisions in a client-facing environment
