Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave and Benefits Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leave administration functions including FMLA, disability, and state-required leaves
  • Act as the main point of contact for benefit-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for innovative solutions to benefit programs
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Benefits and Leave Administration
  • Expertise in COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Benefits, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Benefits Administration System or HRIS (Workday preferred)
