Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Leave of Absence Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, and claims
  • Maintain employee benefits files and update payroll records
  • Assist employees with benefits claim issues and perform quality checks on data
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of Group Employee Benefit Laws and Regulations
  • Strong understanding of FMLA and disability policies
  • Experience with UKGPro and Sales Force preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS
