Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Lead/Specialist for North America and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer regional benefits programs, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
  • Serve as the main contact for benefit administration and employee inquiries
  • Manage online benefits administration, vendor relationships, and employee communications


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Benefits Administration, including health, welfare, and retirement plans
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in HRIS tools, preferably Workday
  • Experience interpreting complex benefit documents and federal regulations
  • Ability to manage complex benefit issues and provide effective solutions
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements including ERISA, HIPAA, and DOL
