Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Lead/Specialist for North America and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer regional benefits programs, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
- Serve as the main contact for benefit administration and employee inquiries
- Manage online benefits administration, vendor relationships, and employee communications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Benefits Administration, including health, welfare, and retirement plans
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in HRIS tools, preferably Workday
- Experience interpreting complex benefit documents and federal regulations
- Ability to manage complex benefit issues and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with compliance requirements including ERISA, HIPAA, and DOL
