Benefits Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on maintaining and configuring benefits technology platforms, the full-time remote Benefits Systems Specialist will manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with ACA data management while collaborating with internal teams to support client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support benefits system configurations, updating plans and workflows as needed
• Execute system updates for annual renewals, ensuring readiness for Open Enrollment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve benefits system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience supporting benefits administration systems or HRIS
• Experience with benefits system configuration and operational processes
• Strong understanding of ACA requirements related to system data
• Ability to manage multiple system updates and priorities concurrently
