A company is looking for a Benefits Systems Support Specialist responsible for providing system and data support, including user training and process development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management to identify system and data priorities, including training needs
• Supports users with system inquiries, training, and troubleshooting
• Creates and updates training materials and ensures organized content on the company intranet

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of related work experience
• Experience in the insurance industry or health plans operations
• Familiarity with BenefitPoint and/or Salesforce
