Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of their system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administrators with ongoing system functions and questions
• Identify customer needs and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with reporting requests and maintain client documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with HR Technology, specifically benefits administration, is required
• Experience with PlanSource strongly preferred
• Solid technical skills, especially with SaaS and Excel
• Basic mathematical skills
