Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Benefits Consultants to evaluate needs and recommend vendor solutions
• Assist clients with identifying potential platform partners and participating in demos
• Complete system audits and resolve complex benefits administration issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration and HRIS technology
• Experience working with Benefits brokers (nice-to-have)
• Experience in training/enablement (nice-to-have)
