A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Solutions Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage broker experience during new build and renewal processes by collaborating with pre- and post-sale/service groups
• Conduct training and intake meetings to gather necessary information for carrier installations and assess implementation needs
• Analyze client needs and promote technology solutions to enhance business growth while providing superior customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-based field or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience with technology software
• 3+ years of related experience in insurance, BenAdmin, broker agency, carrier, and benefits insurance
