Benefits Transformation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Transformation Lead for a 24-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Benefits workstream within a large HR transformation program, including project planning and status reporting
• Ensure alignment of the Benefits roadmap with program objectives and manage interdependencies across workstreams
• Monitor KPIs and success metrics, and drive testing and implementation of the Benefits module

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in benefits, HR transformation, or program/project management
• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program
• Strong understanding of benefits design, administration, and compliance
• Excellent program management skills, including planning and execution
• Experience with HR technology and benefits administration platforms is a plus
