Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound/outbound calls daily
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Must live within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC or Monroeville, PA
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in medical insurance or benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Direct/hardwired internet connection with specified speed and a secure home workspace
