• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services

Required Qualifications

• Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, including medical insurance and benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications like Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Direct/hardwired internet connection with specified speed requirements and a secure home workspace
