Job Summary

Detail-oriented and performance-driven, the remote Benefits Verification Representative will verify insurance coverage for patients, ensuring accurate processing of complex prescription orders while managing a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance benefits, managing a target volume of at least 8 cases per hour
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Healthcare Operations
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Computer literate with the ability to multitask across different platforms during live calls
• Ability to work in a flexible 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
