Job Summary
To support CVS Specialty pharmacy services, the remote Benefits Verification Representative will verify insurance coverage for patients, ensuring accurate processing of complex prescription orders while managing a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance benefits, managing a target volume of at least 8 cases per hour
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Healthcare Operations
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate with the ability to multitask across different platforms
- Ability to work in a 24/7 flexible environment, including weekends and holidays
