Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review patient insurance information and complete benefit verification process
  • Verify patient specific benefits and document details for various payer plans
  • Identify restrictions and expedite patient access

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, or similar field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with verification of insurance benefits preferred
