Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to verify patient benefits and document coverage specifics
• Triages cases with missing information and identifies restrictions to expedite patient access
• Completes quality reviews of work and reports reimbursement trends to management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, medical billing, coding, or benefits verification
• Strong benefits verification and advanced customer service experience
• Proficient in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with insurance benefits verification preferred
